Twelve estates inc. started with the love and passion for real estate and home renovation. We own and manage a portfolio of
different Properties both Residential & Commercial.
We are actively buying properties that are in need of repair and bringing them to their full potential for resell or a rental.

Kyle Ward - President of Twelve Estates Rentals inc. Started his journey in real estate at the age of 23 , Kyle and a buddy purchased a property that they renovated head to toe. After reading the famous book by Robert Kiyosaki, "Rich dad poor dad" he decided to put full effort in learning as much as he could, to buy the first rental and continue the journey. 50+ Doors later Kyle is continuing to learn strategic strategies in a competitive Real Estate market to continue to learn and network with like minded people who want to build wealth.
Kyle is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor with Revel Realty Brokerage. He is dedicated to helping and hustling for each new client, using his experience and expertise to provide the best service possible. Kyle also has his own office in Plattsville, serving clients from Kitchener to Woodstock and the surrounding areas.
